I’ve recently had the opportunity to review a copy of “Simply Breastfeeding“. This is a DVD that comes in 2 parts. It takes place in a class setting which is perfect for if you want to leave and come back to it. You also have the pleasure of taking a “breastfeeding class” in the comfort of your own home.

Breastfeeding at the Hospital
Introducing the Bottle
I am especially passionate about this DVD because I myself am a breastfeeding mom for a combined amount of time of 20 months so far between my two children. Now, even though I feel slightly experienced in the area, there was still so much for me to learn from this DVD.
I was a little intimidated at first, because of the length. I thought that it would be information that I have already learned. I can honestly tell you that I wish I would have owned this before my first child. I feel even more passionate about breastfeeding than I did prior to watching the DVD.
The DVD is hosted and presented by Shari Criso, a Certified Nurse Midwife and Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Shari has an amazing history. She is a fabulous woman, who you feel very comfortable listening to. You can tell she has a warm heart and she puts things into a perspective that anybody can understand.
This DVD will be something that I purchase for any of my friends who are even thinking about breastfeeding, or especially if they are having a hard time with it.

Ditto to what Gena said. Any product that helps promote breastfeeding and does it in an understanding way gets an A+ in my book.

How cool! Thanks for bringing my attention to this product! I am going to look into this for my friend who is due in June with her 1st. I loved breastfeeding my daughter (over 2 years!) but wish I’d had more guidance in the beginning. Thank goodness for all these wonderful products promoting a successful breastfeeding experience.

I wish I saw this when I first started breastfeeding! I especially would have loved the chapter on intoducing the bottle! I’ll keep this in mind for my new mom friends (oh, and I love her name *wink*)

YEAH! This is EXACTLY what I need. I’m currently pregnant with my 3rd. Didn’t breastfeed the first, had a horrible time with the second, and I’m bound and determined to get it right this time! We live in a small town with no classes or specialists so this will be PERFECT!! THANKS FOR THE POST!!!!!!
