You all know by now that I have had my hands in this cloth diapering business for several months now. I’m not so “rookie” anymore, I still don’t feel “pro”, but definitely comfortable. However, when it came time to pack our bags for a camping trip last month I decided against packing the cloth diapers and thought I would make it easier on myself by using disposables since we were already going to be living somewhat rustically. I regretted it 2 days into the trip. It was hot and humid, and Olivia ended up with the worlds worst diaper rash. I did everything in my power to prevent and make it go away but it just wasn’t happening. It wasn’t until we got home and put a FuzziBunz on her. Literally, within 6 hours of using cloth diapers, a little air time and nothing else, her killer diaper rash disappeared.

Each diaper is unique in it’s own way, but each diaper also managed to fit on Olivia’s bum quite nicely. Both of which use pocket style diapering, which I prefer. Mommy approved? Yes! I’ve been thinking of something I would change if I could, honestly there isn’t anything. I wish cloth diapers were less bulky, that is the only thing that I would change if it were possible. I don’t think it is though.
