I don’t know about you, but me, I have a hard time keeping my figure in the same shape throughout the winter that it is in the summer. Then spring hits and I have to bust a move to look just right in my bikini, you know? You have the Holidays where you eat a lot and it’s not all healthy, and in general I’m just not as active as I am in the summer. Every year I make the New Years resolution to change that, but do you think I actually do?

I actually need more planned meals for work,snacks ect. Today I ate one granola bar for a 10 hor work shift. I plan on bringing fruit, yogurt and almonds as quick items to eat during a hectic schedule

One thing that has worked for me is just smelling something sweet but not actually eating it . You have to have the will power to not give in and eat it though lol
