Today we are off and running. Not too far from home at all, actually only about 15 miles, although it will feel like hundreds. I have all of all of our Coleman gear packed, well except for the Coleman Quad Lantern that my son slept camped in his room with last night. Our family is taking advantage of the 3 day weekend, the last weekend before school starts and we’re headed to a local campground. You know what I’m most excited for? The camp recipes that you cook over the fire, delicious!
