We, as a family, have been using Graco baby gear since my son’s birth almost 5 years ago now. We have a playard that we bought brand new for Ryan, and we were able to pass down to Olivia (even though I secretly yearned for a girly one after my daughter was born). The playard is still in perfect condition and even looks brand new. The colors are still vibrant after 5 years of use.
We have had one of their highchairs, an activity center, a swing and a bouncer. Throughout the years I can promise you that I have not had one complaint with anything we owned with the Graco brand on it.
When it comes to car seats, I don’t mess around. Car seats are very serious to me, and I want what is absolute best for my child without spending hundereds and hundereds of dollars. Do you know that Graco car seats are top rated for safety and ease of use by leading consumer magazines? We owned our first Graco infant seat with our son. I didn’t know when we were having our next child so when he moved into the next phase of car seats I passed it on to a good friend. I’m happy I did, because now they sell infant seats that go up to 32 lbs and also have the EPS energy absorbing foam. We bought a Snug Ride 32 Infant Car Seat for our daughter. Now our son is in a high back Turbo Booster, and our daughter is still in the infant seat. Although she won’t fit for much longer so Graco was kind enough to send me a Graco Cozy Cline to review.
We properly installed the car seat, and have let Olivia sit in it for review purposes. This seat is meant for babies or children who are at least 20 lbs up to 40 lbs and old enough to sit forward facing, which I’m hearing age 2 is the new recommended age. The seat installed quite easily, I was able to secure it using the Latch system without breaking a sweat. I sat Olivia in it and she was very content. She just snuggled right up in it. The seat is truly cozy. The car seat reclines making for a super comfy ride. There is a cup holder that you can install on either side of the seat. The fabric is very very soft and will be easy to clean. The seat is made with the EPS energy absorbing foam.
